Refund policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products cannot be returned if they have been opened or used.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:

The item is unused and in its original packaging

The return request is made within 14–30 days of delivery

Items marked as final sale, clearance items, or gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
